About The Realign Co.

Drift Happens Slowly.
Realignment Happens Intentionally.

No one sets out to lose alignment. It happens between the meetings, beneath the metrics, inside the momentum that feels like progress but isn’t. The Realign Co. exists because drift is universal—and because recovery requires more than awareness. It requires design.

This Work Is Personal

Meet Tyson P. Lee

Tyson Lee started his college career at a junior college because he was seen as undersized by most coaches. He became an All-American—on and off the field—and then decided to walk on to the Mississippi State football team with no scholarship, no guarantee, and no safety net. He earned a starting quarterback position and was named a captain of the team—not because he was the most talented player on the field, but because he understood something most people learn too late: talent without alignment is wasted potential.

That lesson followed him from the SEC to the NFL, where he scouted talent for a professional team—evaluating not just what athletes could do, but whether they had the structure, discipline, and character to perform under pressure. The scouting report became his diagnostic tool. The film room became his operating rhythm.

From there, Tyson moved into leadership in ministry and worked in higher ed—fundraising and overseeing the lettermen’s club at Mississippi State—before moving into education. In school administration, he saw firsthand what happens when teams, systems, and missions drift out of alignment. He then led organizational transformation at Bates Orthodontics, serving as CTO and rebuilding systems that had quietly stalled.

Along the way, he and his wife built LoveLee Rolls from a recipe into a food brand distributed across 25+ retail locations—proving that the frameworks he teaches aren’t theoretical. They work in the field, under real pressure, with real stakes.

The REALIGN system—five diagnostic questions, proven tools, a complete operating cadence—was forged across all of these experiences. It is not a coaching philosophy borrowed from a book. It is a practitioner’s framework, built by someone who has quarterbacked a Division I program, scouted NFL talent, scaled a consumer brand, led in education, and transformed healthcare operations.

The Realign Co. exists because Tyson has lived on both sides of alignment. He knows what drift costs. And he knows exactly what it takes to restore what matters.

From Experience to Execution.

We clarify what matters. We eliminate what doesn’t. We align people, priorities, and systems so that execution becomes the default—not the exception.

We don’t deal in abstract ideas. We implement realignment.

A Different Kind of Advisory.

Most advisory firms give you more to think about. We give you a way forward.

Our work is grounded in a simple but demanding belief: clarity must be designed. Alignment must be built. That’s why we use structured frameworks—not just conversation.

No fluff. No unnecessary complexity. Just clear thinking and aligned action.

The Realignment Process

01

Notice the Drift

Surface where misalignment is quietly eroding performance, clarity, or purpose.

02

Restore the Foundation

Reestablish the standards, values, and direction that drift has compromised.

03

Design the Path Forward

Build structured, actionable plans with concrete steps and accountability.

04

Execute in Alignment

Move with discipline. Measure impact. Maintain the rhythm that prevents re-drift.

Who This Is For

Leaders who have achieved enough to know that achievement alone is not alignment. Teams that perform well enough to mask the drift underneath. Organizations where success has created complexity that now obscures the mission.

If you value clarity over comfort, discipline over motivation, and execution over intention—this work was built for you.

We are The Realign Co.

Clarity by Design. Impact by Alignment.
